How the winner is determined
All entries received between April 15th and October 31st 2008 are eligible for the drawing. Drawing will take place November 30, 2008. The winner will be notified via e-mail announcement to the email address given at the time of sign-up. If prize is not claimed after 30 days of notification or is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner.

Prize restrictions
Prize awarded is a GPS navigation system with a value of up to $500. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of Prize is permitted. Any federal, state, or local taxes on prize and any expenses related to the acceptance and/or use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
