Last updated February 2009, the attached terms and conditions shall apply to all purchases made by Manitowoc Foodservice, its subsidiaries or affiliates for use or delivery in North America by Manitowoc Foodservice. These terms and conditions shall not apply to suppliers who currently have a valid, independent agreement signed with Manitowoc Foodservice. Supplier acknowledges acceptance of these terms by accepting an order or by shipping products to Manitowoc Foodservice and any differing terms and conditions issued by the supplier shall not be valid.
